I'm not one to hold a grudge, but I'll never forget the whole "paid mods" controversy.

As many have said, they will try again. Hopefully by then they figured out how to make a much more workable system and have more of the funds sent to actual mod developers (though part of the blame was also on Bethesda).

RIP floppy disks. I personally won't lose much, but I'm not so sure about the lack of update control in Windows 10 Home, as Microsoft sometimes pushes out broken updates. Windows 10 Professional and Enterprise users still get control over updates, though.

Though, frankly, its very doubtful a computer that can still run floppy disk is compatible with Windows 7, much less Windows 10....btw why the hell did they skip 9? I know the reason, i just think its a dumb reason.

Ah it's because iv seen people use 4 core anthlon's and 8 gb of ram, and they were able to run it at 60fps by oc'ing the ram at medium settings. So I would think if I bought a visshera and fast ram It would work the same, but sounds like the negative effects would be more exaggerated.

 

FX Series Vishera CPUs do not have integrated graphics as do the APUs, so if you are planning to go this route, you will need a dedicated graphics card.

 

I have another random question what are those boards  you plug into you're pc express lanes that allows you to plug even more ram sticks in? And also where can I find them? 

 

You cannot add additional memory via PCI Express expansion slots. If you are looking for more than the typical 2 or 4, Intel X99 platform CPUs support up to 8 slots, 64 GB.

Because Windows 9 was considered 'too good' for release.

Ah, yeah. The i7-5960X does indeed support "only" 64GB RAM. But I've seen X99 boards that support 128 gigs.

Could have sworn I replied to this. Then again my internet was buggering at the time. Anyway, what is the actual reason? I thought it was either to further distance from Windows 8 or they consider Windows 8.1 as Windows 9.

I believe I heard they skipped 9 because it was so bad they pulled it, and went to 10 because they had to start all over.

I'm pretty sure they skipped Windows 9 due to something in relation to the compatability features with Windows 95/98

They are expected to go on sale sometime in the near future, but no one really knows when afaik.

Thermaltake are at risk of being removed from the market now apparently, due to them copying other brands' designs.

I wish PC gaming was more simple. It seems you need to know about computers and how they work to get the most out of your PC.

I'd get the R9 280 due to the extra gig of Vram it has.
