Outside of joking now and then, not at all. Some people prefer the simplicity of consoles, and I respect that. I'm not afraid, however, to describe to a prospective console buyer what PC gaming has to offer so they can make an informed decision on what would be truly right for them: console or PC.

The 8th gen consoles, I do look down on them. Either a lack of games that interest me (Wii U) or me disagreeing with the business model (PS4, Xbone). As for the people who play them, no, not really. Only a few hardcore fanboys, yeah, I have problems with those guys (pretty sure everyone does) but for the most part, I'm cool with people who play on them.

Nope. I own and have owned plenty of consoles as I enjoy playing the games on them. If I didn't, I wouldnt've bought them.

There are a bunch of Wii U games comin' out this year! Can't wait for them, sadly, I do not have one yet, but I would like to get one soon. For me, the games that are on there interest me. (Smash, Wind Waker HD, Mario Kart 8.)

The Wii U has literally nothing that interests me that I can't get on another platform. Pretty much all I play at the moment are racing games [not kart racers racing game with actual cars] and FPS's, which are arguably the Wii U's weak spot. The other platforms on the other hand have exclusives for both.

I've never really gotten into platformers, it could be that I didn't grow up with them or something idk but yeah mostly that, and after all, that's like, the only reason I would buy a pared back PC, right?

I believe that the biggest advantage PC has over consoles is that it's an open platform. The rise of Linux gaming only furthers this advantage. Linux is a much more open platform than Windows is.

Good point. You don't level up by killing monsters. Though personally, I would love a Zelda game that was a full on WRPG.

 I guess I should have said that. It's like skyrim w/o experience, and like, half the content.
