So it looks like the cutie marks get restored, as you can see here, and that one leader transforms somehow. Her pony appearance could have just been a glamour, and she's really something else.

Maybe she will become a side character, who will show up for 1 or 2 episodes, but nothing more. Besides, you just can't bring in a 7th element of harmony out of nowhere.

I think this will be pretty much the end result of the episode, since Twilight wants to spread the magic of friendship.

 

I really don't think that she is really evil. I think that she is under the influence of the magic of the cutie mark wall.

Only Problem is the date is still left Ambiguous, ''Spring 2015'', surely they would have announced one by now? Apparently Cutie Marks may be the theme of this season, does this mean the CMC will get their Cutie Marks? What if Grogar has a stronger version of Tirek's Magic? I know he's not confirmed just yet as the villain but maybe he has a stronger version of Tirek's magic? I predict the first episode will air on March 14th or March 21st. So now we have the series themes. Season 1 ''Friendship'', Season 2 ''Trust'', Season 3 ''Place'' Season 4 ''Struggle'', and this season it will be ''Talent''. I'm using this based on the Metal Gear Solid model, Gene, Meme, Scene and Sense. I saw a cabinet with an equal sign above it with Cutie Marks, my theory is this was originally used by Celestia to punish those with Cutie Marks, perhaps the village is a massive prison? I have another theory, that the Cutie Mark Cabinet is actually as significant as the Season 4 Chest and that something is inside it, the Cutie Mark Magic and possibly the CMC's fates. Do you have any ideas on that chest?

Okay, the Trailer confirmed now that Mayor Marks is the villain of the episode. But who are the ponies that are beside the mane 6?

 

I can think about new theories now. Infact, screw sleep.

 

 

LOL. I just wish I could stay up all night with theories, although I usually get out of bed at 4 in the morning, WHY AM I MAKING CHOCOLATE PUDDING?! I still have those Metal Gear and FNAF theories in my head. The problem is, when a season is over, I expect a villain better than another, and I think this year's might be Grogar. And he has a stronger version of Tirek's magic.

The only thing that really worries me, is that there is going to be alot of misunderstandings about this episode.

 

I just saw a youtube comment saying that this episode is going to be anti communist propaganda and is indoctrinating children to be slaves of capitalism.

 

I don't want to go on again, how this is not a bit about communism, because i complained about it enough. This is also not a bit about indoctrinating children to be slaves of anything. This is clearly an episode that teaches children that you're an individual and that your talent makes you special, because if we're all equal, this planet would be a very boring place.

 

I prepare for the angry comments, because this will be a controversial episode for all the wrong reasons.

I would DEFINITELY have to agree with you on this one. I truly believe that this episode is going to be about individuality and the fact that you actually do not have to conform to other people in order to be happy. I am still waiting for that episode to really come up, and I am looking forward to seeing it.

You shouldn't take this comment too seriously, there're always weird comments for almost every episode of the show (a good example is Feeling Pinkie Keen...)

Sometimes I wonder if they really think what they're saying.

Okay, from the Ponycon panel information that i have heard, is that they only showed some concept art and no new Trailer. Also, There still no release date, infact even the directors don't know.

 

That kind of sucks actually.

Yes, i know the movie sucks. But this song kicks ass and would actually fit with the towns theme. You just have to replace the duke of zill with Mayor Marks.

I could be wrong on this, but wasn't there one part in the trailer where Twilight suddenly teleports away from her friends? This was pointed out by one user on EQD. I hope this isn't like last season where Twilight has to save the others because they're useless without her. I'm also confused about what that blue stuff was on either side of the library. Was that supposed to be water, poison joke, or what? I was watching the trailer on my phone, so it was hard for me to tell.

Looking at the trailer it seems like she teleports the entire group away from the "trap". The pink glow of her horn appears to surround all of them. I don't believe Twilight would have abandoned the other 5 in a situation as dangerous/tense as that or abandon them EVER.

The directors of the show explained why the trailers only say "Spring 2015" Hasbro determines the release date, not the show staff, Hasbro is not ready to release a date yet. The show staff are really working their butts off on the episodes from the sound of it so I don't think we have to worry.

So no, i am certain we won't see any aliens.

I have no idea what rumor you are talking about. I have heard no rumors about aliens in MLP. I just thought that the equal sign ponies could mean Pod Ponies. I liked the 1950's movie "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"

Here's a theory; I think the new villain used to be a kind and benevolent leader but something happened--I don't know what--and after the townsponies get their real cutie marks back, they want the new villain to get hers back too but she refuses. I think at the end, they end up helping the unicorn get her true cutie mark and become a nice leader again.

I don't know if anyone has posted about this but I have noticed something interesting.

 

The official trailer gave us a good idea what the season 5 premiere will be focusing about. However, when I saw some teaser trailers after I watch the official trailer, I think they were interesting.

Notice that they all have the same 'equal' symbol as their cutie mark. Everyone should know that the ponies in the town have the symbol. However, I have 1 question...

 

What happened to Rarity's and Rainbow Dash's Cutie Marks?

 

I think this might be a spoiler for season 5 premiere...

That's true. I just have two questions about this:

 

1) How are they going to fit all of this in just two episodes? From the trailer, it seems there is a LOT going on. So, I get the feeling that this premiere is going to be rather rushed, but I hope it's not.

 

2) Why didn't they ask Discord to go with them? They're going into unknown territory, so you would think that it'd be a good idea to take a physical god that's more powerful than Princess Celestia to help them if they get in a jam.
