Here's a little Peter Hamill, the singer for Van Der Graaf Generator. I'd encourage everyone to check out the catalog of the band proper as well. If you like King Crimson, I think you'll like this. He's got one of the most distinctive voices I can think of, and he's a great writer. These songs in particular are more subdued, but there are more raw, rockin' tunes to be found. "Killer," "Plague of Lighthouse Keepers" and "Lemmings" are some I can recommend offhand.
