The 6 part video is some bronies watching one of the G3 movies. I've just finished watching all the parts and my god, it was absolutely terrible! The animation was terrible, acting was terrible and the plot line was bucking appalling! The worst part was, the ponies respected Spike! So basically, the aim of this thread is: have you had any bad pony experiences? Music's great, animation's great, community is fantastic (as proven by the likes of you guys), but as I continue watching the show, it feels as if I'm hitting a dead point in my interest towards the show. Every time they sang a song, the dudes would just end up singing a different G4 or other song! I read a VERY disturbing fan fic about Twilight Sparkle... I have too... But I enjoyed mine As weird as it is, I think I'm going through my worst pony experience right now. Not because anything was bad mind you. I keep seeing that in mah recommendations and I know the movie is gonna suck so I stay away from it . Anyways, my worst experience has to be when I looked up ponies on Google images, and man, is the internet a cruel place. Oh my god, all the penises....I wanna erase the horrors . Other than that, it was probably when I read the fan-fic "A Summer Twilight" and I was so upset after that I couldn't get a smile on that face for a few hours . Thankfully I discovered "Its a Dangerous Business, Stepping Out Your Door" a few hours later and the adventure began . (I have no morals, I'll laugh at just about anything no matter how offensive) But it was still gross to get through. Even though that is an overall positive experience I would still count it as my worst seeing that I really have no really bad experiences with MLP. Why? *cue Medic or Pinkie Pie* I HAVE NO IDEA! Also, I find the pony models in the Saxton Hale mode of TF2 TERRIFYING! This is something I do? This is something I do. It took us to what I believe I was ponibooru(not sure. it was an image posting site). Anyway we were looking at this picture(non-adult btw) and I realized there were more pony pics behind the image window, so my friend closed the small window and it was Rarity and....Let's just say it was an adult view from behind and I can never unsee it. Being as I was tired, I decided to try and brave it through the 15 minute video. I couldn't make it past the 5 minute mark. Mission failed. Needless to say, that is my worst pony experience, at least for G4. Not a minute goes by that I don't regret trying to make it through that reading. Kept trying to avoid it only to get sucked in and I felt bad for buying into the hype. Also, trying to stomach some of the previous generations wasn't very pleasant. (My apologies if you are a fan of them, I mean no offense. I just don't like them much myself.) Especially a video called Newborn Cuties... Kept trying to avoid it only to get sucked in and I felt bad for buying into the hype. For me, this would be one of my worst pony moments as well. It was really hard trying to come up with excuses for myself for why I liked the show. It was bad, because I was watching season 1 straight through, and, with every episode, I was liking the show more and more. As I liked the show more and more, I found myself trying to come up with more and more reasons to rationalize why I liked the show. Also, trying to stomach some of the previous generations wasn't very pleasant. (My apologies if you are a fan of them, I mean no offense. I just don't like them much myself.) Especially a video called Newborn Cuties... G3.5, I believe. You actually watched that? Oh my..... I took the time today to force myself to sit through some G3 and G3.5 ponies to make sure that I wasn't just disliking them for no reason. Yeah. No. Wow, they were really hard to sit through. However, at least now I can provide good reasons for why I, personally, do not like them when people ask me about them. I'm not sure the sacrifice was worth it though. Basically throwing Sweetie Bell to the curb, and then Abandoning Twilight's Birthday Party to help pursue her Fashion Career which she had already thrown away once before for them. I first discovered the fandom through Party With Pinkie, a song by Alex S. and I never imagined myself watching it. I began to listen to more pony songs, and it was a while later that I actually decided to watch the show. I watched the first part of episode 1, got bored, then this year, decided to try it again. I watched the whole episode and watched the majority of season 1 the next day all in one day. RDashFan85 46 April 4, 2012 Share April 4, 2012 I hated G1 with a passion. It sucked so much. They made Spike sound like he had botched throat surgery and failed so finish. The animation was god awful. Care Bears had better animation than G1 My Little Pony. Putting the young kids in there was pointless and stupid. The ponies had no personality what so ever. One pony was always negative witch pissed me off with a passion. The episode's where hard to sit through. The songs I thought made me wanna blow my brains out they where that bad. The movie was very god awful. My god did that movie suck so much. I hate the movie and I don't know why it was even made. There was blood and a lot of stuff that shouldn't have been in a kids movies.
