Uncool People

This isn't much of a topic to discuss, but rather a place you can share some stories and thoughts.

One thing that keeps surprising me, is how mean people can be, whether it's Justin Bieber or some douche in your neighborhood...I think most of you know what I'm talking about. People who lack empathy and enrich themselves at other people's expense, or some wannabe gangster pricks who place themselves in the middle of the universe, and act agressively to people they don't even know...that's that sh*t I don't like.  :okiedokielokie:

Let me hear your stories with people who simply decided to mess up your day(or maybe even your entire life?)

Some dude at this soup kitchen I help at: to be honest he is quite a scary guy. I’m not sure he’s really nasty, but he is quite a motor mouth and makes me nervous and I’m quite sensitive.

Anyway, once I was wearing my Scootaloo T shirt and he was like “ma little ponare, forkin’ hell”. Lucky some in the kitchen stuck up for me but I felt horrible inside.

Then he made fun of me because I have a push scooter, and was like “man ya should get a moped instead of a 5 year olds scooter” which also really hurt my feelings.

So yeah that’s my story.

Some foreign exchange student from Japan once came to our school. Either this guy just wasn't used to how to act friendly in an English conversation, or he just had a fixation to hate Australians. I don't know, but either way - he downright was a mean person. Never had a smile on his face, always looking suspicious, barely talked even when people tried to start a conversation with people and when he did talk he was extremely rude using no manners at all.

And it wasn't a matter of him not being able to speak English very well, he could actually say some pretty complex words sometimes.

There's a kid at my school. He's a biiiiiiiiiig kid. Huge. Great player on the football team. Goes to all the parties and talks about how drunk he gets. Treats women like objects. He is also very big in size and strength.

He uses this knowledge to say a lot of mean things to people. They're scared of him because he's just that fricken' strong and that big. He makes fun of almost everyone, too, and he has never gotten in trouble for it. Makes fun of overweight girls by calling them fat, makes fun of littler guys like me, makes fun of pretty much everyone, man, and he never gets in trouble for it. It's kinda sad, honestly.

, there can be some substantive discussion from this topic about the nature of general asshatery of individuals we know or experiences that we had. Since it really isn't loungy I'll move this to General Discussion.

I actually have a member in my extended family that fits the template of someone who is bitter and mean spirited. As of present it is causing some friction in the family this holiday season. I had a rather blunt conversation last night with her that did not go over well at all. It is extraordinarily rare when I find myself speechless in disappointment and ire.

I once got cheated by one really uncool dude. He at first threatened my info from me then he got me into police station and I was accused from stealing 5€ from him he wanted 4000€ from me because of that . I've never been so scared in my life. I went to arbitration and he was on phone and I almost cried there but he didn't seem to have any emotions but luckily I didn't have to pay anything.

I'm still sometimes scared that that guy spies on me =(

The initial title of this topic made me think of this one song by the Screeching weasel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2bZCwABOII

I remember this one group of kids specifically that always seemed to have a problem with me, they would always taunt me and make my school life difficult.  I had to drop one of my classes because of them.  There was also this group of girls that were infected by whatever bug they had and were doing the same thing, just not as bad.  Turns out one of the guys from the original group liked me and that's why he was acting like that, once I talked to his girlfriend about it though, they more or less left me alone.  Makes me think of kindergarteners, the lot of them.

Some guy I've known since grade school once pulled a knife out on me. That was uncool.

Probably my grandpa on my dad's side. He's an asshat. I have no respect for him and I've disowned him, he's no longer a part of my life. He makes up all these rumors, tears apart relationships and then lies about it when confronted. Plus his girlfriend is trailer trash; like 20 years younger than him trailer trash. :nom:

My aunt is pretty uncool. I just think she's a total dork. I mean I don't hate her, but I'm not gonna lie I laugh about a lot of things that she does. Like how she thought she was dating this guy, changed her relationship on Facebook and said guy was like "who's your boyfriend?" And she was like "you?". It was hilarious, the guy never asked her out and never gave her any signs that they were even talking. She just took someone's comment about how they would be cute together as a way to somehow signify they were in a relationship. Then she sent an email to him about the ordeal about how he led her on(which he didn't) AND HAD MY FLIPPIN GRANDMA PROOF READ IT OMG SHE WAS LIKE 25 AT THE TIME I LAUGHED SO HARD

There's an incredibly immature brony at my school who won't stop bothering everyone with ponies. I can understand not wanting to hide your interests, but there's a difference between that and shoving them down other people's throats, especially after they've told you they don't care. It doesn't help that he's like 17 and hasn't gone through puberty yet.

There was this one person back in the day. Now, let me begin by saying i consider myself to be very tolerant of people. I like meeting new people, and i like people, i like listening to them, i like talking to them, i tend to be very friendly. But this one guy who i met at work about 3 years ago. He made irritating remarks about everything i did. He tried doing whatever he can to set me, and not just me - he was mean spirited and critical to everyone. Whenever he was there, he tried to pick fights with everyone, either swearing at you, making fun of you, or generally being a douchebag. When i finally couldn't put up with him, i dropped everything i was doing and told him to step outside - i was prepared to literally go ballistic on him and i didn't want bloodstains all around. He seemed startled and almost turned white. He tried looking all cool and what not, but of course he quieted down, he's one of them all-talk-no-show types.

So I moved overseas to live with my at the time boyfriend. He was a uni student and we were pretty poor. So we decided to do the cheapest thing and found a big shared student house and shared it with another couple and a single guy. My beef is with the one girl. I didn't know her before moving in with her (or any of them), and I remember the first thing she said to me when we met. "Are you really 18? You don't look like it." I kind of just ignored it at the time and tried to be friendly so we would have a good time together in the house. But she turned out to be this huge control-freak. Everything had to be done when she said so and how she wanted it done. She was so 'me-me-me', loud and unintelligent. I could always hear her in the house, either she was singing (badly), yelling at someone or screaming during sex.

In the end I just stopped listening to her at all, and then she got buck-mad at started randomly insulting me whenever she saw me. Had to call the police one day cause she and her boyfriend was being very aggressive and I thought I was going to die.

So yeah. Moved out as soon as I could. Phew.

Well, there's this one guy at school, where I made the mistake of talking to him once. He then thought I and all my friends were his bestest buddies. Problem is, the guy is a total asshole. Cursing at you when he doesn't agree with something, being rude and generally being an unpleasant guy. Luckily, he has taken the many hints we gave him, and now he leaves us alone and goes on with other people

Warning: this is pretty much a post to vent through, you can read it all the way through if you want but I think it is going to end up quite long

=====================================

This kid who has ended up in my homeroom every year since 1st grade, where to start, he used to be quite a okay kid, I first met him one day in kindergarten, on my first field trip. all the kindergarten classes were going to the fire station together and he ended up in the seat next to me on the bus. We told each other out names and I the trip ended. Fast forward to 1st grade, there begin to be rumors of a "weird kid" who dosn't have any friends. Fast forward to 2nd grade, I decide to try and become friends with the "weird kid" who turns out to be my old aquantince from kindergarten (keep in mind he changes his style every year so I didn't recognize him even though he was in my class) we ended up becoming friends, not to brag but I was quite a cool kid and other kids did almost everything I did. He ended up becoming "friends" with almost everyone in my class. Fast forward to grade 3 one day in the middle of class we have a conversation kinda like this:

Him: "psst, [name censored due to my mother who thinks 97% of bronys are pedophiles] ask to go to the bathroom"

Me: "But I don't have to go to the bathroom"

Him: "It dosn't matter"

Me: "No, I'm not going to the bathroom unless I have to go to the bathroom"

Him: "That's the point, you don't HAVE to go to the bathroom"

Me: "Oh, I see what you mean"

Him: "Will you do it then?"

Me: "Nope"

Fast forward to 4th grade:

He discovers Austin powers movies and the Internet and stars saying things like:

dude, look at [generic 4th grade girl], I wanna shag her up the bum

And other dirty stuff 4th graders arn't supossed to say for good reason.

5th grade, he begins purchasing stink bombs and setting them off in places like the girls bathroom

Or teachers lounge. We begin to stop being friends

Fast forward to middle school

6th grade, he becomes instant best friends with the older kids (the shady native ones that liked to wear bandanas over their mouths at recess and play the knife game in home EC. and beat smaller kids up because they looked at them and 'might' be in possession of illegal substances, I'm not even joking) the rumours begin again, but this time much worse, there are rumours the he has started "experimenting" with marijuana, and that his mom is thinking about selling him for money. He began going over to me at lunch and saying "so where's my part" meaning that he was threatening to beat me up and take my lunch because his mom was busy with two other kids and he needed to make his own lunch but was too lazy. He started looking a lot like a wannabe gangster (wearing a chain around his neck, wearing a really douchey hat backwards, gelling his hair and growing it really long, ETC)

Grade 7

I got super happy because he got expelled and sent to juvey for trying to stab someone two weeks ago!

The end

I have a few stories. There's more than just this though.

1) One time I was talking to a new kid in my school. We were having a nice conversation for about 10 minutes (this was at lunch). I asked him where he's from and he said that he's from Nevada. He asked me where I lived and low long I've lived in Florida. I said that I've lived in Florida most of my life and mentioned the small town I live in. After that he called me a racist just because I'm from the Southern US and happen to live in a small town.

2) One day this past month I was at Wal-Mart to buy a few things (mainly food because I was hungry) and when I walked out, I saw a guy walking to my car with a key in his hand. I asked him what he was doing and he said "I'm going to key your car" (not that I didn't know already). I asked him why he wanted to key my car and he said "I absolutely hate your camo seat covers. it's ugly but why do you care. You're just an uneducated guy that hasn't seen life since you don't live in the city." Needless to say I was very mad. I was even more mad at his ignorant remark more than anything. I threatened to call the police if he even touched my car.

3) People spread rumors about me in Middle School that ruined my middle school life. I'm not getting more in-depth of this.

I kid you not. All of this happened.

Guys who sag their pants are uncool.

Guys who sag their pants while wearing briefs instead of boxers are uncooler.

Guys who sag their pants while wearing white, see-through briefs are the uncoolest.

I'm never going to get that image out of my head :/
