Cipher was a former Pegasus Enclave, however getting into trouble for 'doing more then her job' in delivering secret messages between higher enclave members she was found out after her delivered messages had already been Deciphered when they arrived causing her to become a security threat. 

 

Scared that Cipher might make the Intel public knowledge high enclave command relocated Cipher to a remote facility for a 'promotion', she was given mundane tasks sorting years of random files that were dated before the war.

 

Cipher finally found some interesting information in the files and began to sell them for caps, making a profit on a side for early retirement, she was kicked out after accidentally letting the public learn about rainbow dash's mysterious disappearance from the start of the war.

You have to choose your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. it must equal to 40. You need to choose 3 perks and 3 skills. Also choose Karma.

You can have three skills. The main skill you would want is science. It takes into account both of the ones you have right now.

My OCD says not to let join you due to errors within your skills and perks. But I can see what build you are going for so I can accept you into the RP only after you change Decoding and Tech into 2 different skills. They would fall more under the perk category not skills.

 

Also, what is your Karma, and do you have any past experience with role play, Fallout Equestria or the Fallout Series by Bethesda game studios?
