I'll get right to work on this one after finishing my current progress through 2nd person fic that I will post here afterwards. It sounds like an amazing story and I'm sure I'll shed atleast a couple of liters of salty tears.

 

First off, I added a new point for the recommendation form. Added "Status" to tell if the story is complete, incomplete or on hiatus, meaning it's incomplete but not worked on.

Why I like this fiction: It's a new concept to me, adding Nurse Redheart to a ship. The concept of death and memoryloss interests me greatly, seeing how well the author could work out a relationship between a nurse and a pony without a name, not cutiemark. It's well enough written, found only a few mistakes that may or may not have been actually correct depending on my skills of the written language. Well, the story features a lot of romance and even more sadness later on, two things I normally thinks go well, hoof in hoof. The use of references to other fictions is also very nice, as a heavy reader such as I, I can often pull a smile on the reference to, as an example, Swayback Mountain.

Why I like this fiction: Let me start off by saying that I am NOT a clopper. My friend showed me this fic, and I was very skeptical at first because it contained sex. But when I finally got around to reading it, I found an extremely captivating and emotional story. The spelling and grammar are spot-on, the characters are interesting, and best of all, the author managed to pack somuch emotion into a short story. If you don't want to read it because of the sex scenes, that's fine. But all I'm asking you is to give this story a chance.

I am currently halfway through a very, VERY funny Twixie ship called The Ballad of Twilight Sparkle

 

It's without doubt one of the funniest fiction I have ever set my eyes upon. I will write a recommendation post once I finish the whole story.

Why I like this fiction: It's filled with amazing humor as well as the most brilliant of jokes around the actual romance. It's not a heavily romantic fiction, but it captures the concept of humoristic love quite well, I would say read it for the comedy rather than the romance. Though the romance help the story plot move on.

Content: Discord gets released from his Stone Prison after Celestia and Luna decide he might deserve another chance - taking away his powers and under the strict eye of the Princesses, it would seem Discord couldn't be more harmless. He does cause a lot of chaos though, to the faithful student of Celestia, as she had eagerly took over the task of watching over Discord as well by giving him place under her own roof, hoping to learn more about the Draconequus' species, his powers and his motives, but surprisingly learning much more about himself as a person. Which puts her in many awkward, embarrasing and pretty hilarious situations most of the time.An adventure of a silly one sided (?) love and a look into the heart of Twilight Sparkle.

 

Why I like this fiction: Y'know what? This shouldn't be classified as a through the through ship fiction considering its hilarity is what drew me in, not its couple. It is an exceptionally odd pairing and I am not sure how the author is going to create the romantic/sensual side of the story later on (le kissing has not begun). This story is one of the most adorable things ever, combined with the humour of Discord and the confused, egg-headedness of Twilight. It really propelled me into the story and I finished what chapters there are in about 1 hour. At least give it a go before you judge, after all, we Bronies should know about not pre-judging things.

Why I like this fiction: Its clever, it does not rush into the romance at all. It has a few separate stories to it, each entwine with each other fairly nicely. It has some great OC characters and the actual show characters are displayed how I would expect them to be. At first, the story started off as friend-shipping but after reading the newest chapter, I realize it has gone beyond that. Also, any ship that contains Octavia or Vinyl is immediately a fantastic ship.

Ginger, I added the TwiCord to my "To read" list for later, it sounds very interesting.

 

I've started on a fiction named "Festival" featuring Twilight and Trixie, so far it's well written and have a nice story going on, I've only read the first chapter but the overall quality of the writing is very nice.

Why I like this fiction: I think it's well written and I like the overall pace of the story. It doesn't jump striaght to all the romance and love centered material. It's a story focusing on an actual story line rather than using the love and romance as a focus, meaning it's all the more interesting to follow what ideas the author may have had when conjuring up the plot line.

Why I like this fiction: I like this for a few reasons. One of them is that the affection is not rushed and feels right. Another reason is this shipfic has some badass fighting in it so that is something that I was a bit surprised at but I also liked it. It is also part of a series of fics, each linking into each other quite nicely. Finally, it has a pretty...interesting ending on the whole. Its not fantastic by any means but I still enjoyed reading it.

This following fiction is a new favorite of mine and I recommend that EVERYONE read it.

It is an unexplainable fiction, it's written so well that I found it hard to comprehend, the author is extremely talented and it hit a straight first place, even half way through. It's beautiful, truly beautiful.

Why I like this fiction: I've never read a ship-fic before that had me as on the edge of my seat as this. The mystery aspect of the story is high, and done exceedingly well. Characters are written realistically and we get great insight into their minds, especially Rainbow Dash. The setup for this story is so good, and the execution is nearly flawless. I cannot stress enough how this is a story that every pony fan should read, regardless of whether they typically read ship fics.

To spoil the first paragraph, both mares already harvest feelings for one another. Hilarity ensues as they try to live together by complete force of the author. Will they ever confess their ... feelings to each other? If they didn't then this wouldn't be much of a romance fanfiction now would it?

 

 

 

Why I like this fiction: The way it is written is just plain hilarious. And it is what got me into shiping in the first place. Besides, who dosn't like a random comedy, with a little romance.
