You will have to convince Dyna, she is not going to be hoofing out any of her grenades unless there is actually a good reason.

Do you really think that someone else besides the explosive expert should really handle the explosives? Because Dyna won't really give you any explosives (you being a raider/ former raider plays a part in that).

Just to let you know, if Sand uses the explosives to do damage to the enemies, it will be less effective than if Dyna had done so. But here it goes.
