Cool, I like Here Comes the Pain but, I kinda prefer the newer games cause they finally stuck to a control scheme instead of changing it like they seemingly used to do every single year.

Wrestlemania XIX

 

Pros:

-A pretty nice roster

-Fantastic character creator

-Graphics look great.

-Royal Rumble

-Controls are simple and easy to get used to

-You can watch the rest of the Royal Rumble after being eliminated

-Alternate Attires for each wrestler.

-Chris Benoit and Hulk Hogan

-The AI

 

Cons:

-No season mode

-Revenge mode is tedious. You do the same thing over and over again, and none of it takes place in the wrestling ring

-Can't change the color of the gear

-Wrestlers are too short and don't really have a height difference

-No unlockable wrestlers

-Having to buy parts and ability points with money you get from Revenge Mode

-Wrestlers still move like robots in the entrances

-CAWS stand out from the actual wrestlers. Which makes it hard for DDP, Kevin Nash, Mankind, etc. to fit in.

-The AI.

I've played 15 but not 16. 15 was pretty damn bad. The character creator was horrible, the countering was impossible to master, and the career mode was rather boring. Plus, the game lacked Mick Foley.

 

16 apparently fixed that, but I don't have the console, let alone the money to get the console or game.

Who has the WWE Network and if so, what do you mostly watch on it?

 

I have it and i mostly watch alot of classic stuff and also watch NXT and the PPVs.

 

Right now, i watch classic NWA World Championship Wrestling from 1988.

WCW/NWO Revenge, WWF No Mercy, WWE SmackDown! Here Comes The Pain, Fire Pro Wrestling Returns, and WWE SmackDown Vs. Raw 2007 and 2010 for me.

 

I love all of these, WCW/NWO Revenge, WrestleMania 2000 and No Mercy are classics.

 

I also loved Here Comes the Pain & Smackdown vs Raw 2010.

 

I played Fire Pro Wrestling Returns but, it wasn't really my kind of game.

 

And finally, Smackdown vs Raw 2007 was my favorite game in the series until WWE rebranded it in 2011.

I'd like to share with you some fantasy matches/feuds of mine. Granted some of the wrestlers on this list are deceased. But It's what I still imagine:

 

-Hulk Hogan VS Bret Hart: It should have happened a long time ago

 

-Jeff Jarrett VS Owen Hart: I never cared for the teaming up of these two, so why not have them feud instead.

 

-Davey Boy Smith VS Dynamite Kid VS William Regal VS Wade Barrett: To determine who's the best British wrestler ever.

 

-The Rock VS Roddy Piper: Battle between two of the greatest on the mike.

 

-Rick Rude VS Shawn Michaels: Rude never fit in with DX. And from what I've heard, he hated being in DX, So why not have him feud with HBK.

 

-Triple H VS Macho Man: Somehow I feel it just clicks.

 

-Sting VS Ultimate Warrior: A popular fantasy match.

 

-Steve Austin VS Goldberg: Another popular fantasy match.

This match against the great muta from october 96, is considered a classic in japanese Wrestling. Not to mention that they are both, 2 of the greatest legends in Japanese wrestling.

That was so cool, I really wish more crowds were like the Japanese crowds.

 

Those Capo kicks were awesome!

 

That piledriver through the table was sick!

 

My face when Muta got up immediately following that piledriver in the ring.

 

When Muta ripped Ligers mask I wasn't expecting Ligers face to be painted.

 

And finally, I wish it had ended with a Muta Lock because I love submission finishers.

Wanna hear an unpopular opinion?

 

I think New Japan Pro Wrestling is the true number 2 promotion in the world and not TNA.

 

-They are better in building their own talent and pushing them to the top. (OOOOOKAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAA)

 

-Their titles actually mean something (The IWGP Heavyweight title, is the most important championship in wrestling right now)

 

-Their Tournaments, are always worth watching, sometimes with matches that are match of the year quality

 

-They have the money, to make shows in the tokyo dome every year

 

-Jushin Liger still wrestles (that's me being bias though. )

 

-New Japan have their own network called NJPW World, which is like the WWE Network

No, Muta is really like that. This guy can take alot of punishment, while i also being a very stiff wrestler.

 

He was also an inspiration for Tajiri, since they both throw the green mist.

He's an innovator, much like Ultimo Dragon and Hayabusa  were.
