Ehh, I don't really find any fandom annoying... I don't think there's a collective negative attitude a group of fans have just because they like a certain thing. Every fandom can have good and annoying fans and nothing in particular comes to mind.

I find the Sonic fan-base to be the worst because of the sheer amount of hypocrisy. Around this time last year, they absolutely loathed Sonic Boom simply because of the changed character designs. Now they absolutely adore it. This also happens to most of the games that come out but they don't appreciate them as much.

Well, I have never said anything against any fanbase.... But I can give it a try..... I really really really dislike the Sonic Fandom..... Their OCs like MLP's OCs get out of hand a lot and they just end up horrible. I have never been really into Sonic that much because I have always been into Nintendo. + their fanbase is just flat out horrible and they have no order like MLP.

Sonic - Every Sonic game since CD has been awful. Why do these people still exist?

 

Call of Duty (or any modern military FPS, Counter-Strike included, as much as I love it) - Honestly, if you don't know how bad the average player of this sort of game is, you've never played a video game.

No, most of the time it's the developers of the consoles, and by being horrible, they hold back the quality of PC games. We have every right to loathe consoles as much as we please. That being said, we still have no right to tell people what they can and can not play with.

Gaming community in general. I'm part of it and from what I've seen, (at least the vocal minority) its a cesspool. "X game is for kids!" "X game is a bad series! "Real men play X game" Like really, play what you want and dont harass other people for their OPINIONS.

Back in the day I assume bronies were fairly annoying to those who weren't a part of the fandom. Not so much now but back around 2012 at the height of the fandom you couldn't even go on google images without finding at least on pony picture, people spammed message boards with them, EVERYONE had their avatars on websites as them, and some people got pretty defensive about it, however, I was still a brony then so maybe I could be wrong about how others felt. Not to mention there are always worse fandoms, the only thing bronies really had that could be considered annoying was the size, but it stays closer to pony-related sites now. Not that I ever found the fandom to be annoying, but I can see how it could be seen that way by some a while ago, not so much now.

I play BF4 on low because it is fast. You will never know the real struggle, pain, fear, loss, and destruction of real war- video games will never get to that point. Games are games- nothing more, nothing less. By this, Arma 2, and 3 are not even close to realistic. You will not know the anger, pain, fustration, and destruction of real war, and the love of brotherhood no matter how many MilSims you do. Games are limited, not by consoles but simply by reality- games will be games, playable stories, are little games with friends. Their is no point in graphical advancement.

I've played on 15 FPS before, and still had fun. For some games, 30 FPS work perfectly fine, and some are complete piles of smoking dog shit. 60FPS is ideal. I get motion sickness due to low FoV and low framerate, and the current console culture is telling users that it's okay to run like that, so long as the games are new and "cool."

A lot of games run very well on the new consoles, compared to the old ones. And for some people, gaming with a controller is a lot easier.

Both have pretty annoying "holier than thou" attitudes and while one is in constant denial that the platform they oh so love is underpowered the other just loves shoving anime down your throat. I know I'm generalizing a bit here, but I find both of them equally annoying.
