Yes, it's a soundtrack to a wild headcannon. In The Return of Harmony,  every pony thought Discord lied to Rainbow Dash about Cloudsdale, but actually it was a prophecy about Cloudsdale turning into a giant iceberg, crashing into Canterlot.
