In need of assistance in naming my OC

I'm been racking my brain on this OC i'm making for a while incapable of coming up with a name for him.

 

He is a young pegasus colt who was born into a family that has a lineage of raising wonderbolts. My OC's father is a retired Wonderbolt while his sister is a current wonderbolt. While most of the family ends up being involved in the wonderbolts my OC during his training at a young age fell from the sky due to exhaustion. luckily he was saved but is now afraid of heights. His true calling is going to be alchemy which he will eventually discover. So i've been trying to come up with a two part name that suggests to his wonderbolt lineage and to his future talent. So if anybody can come up with a nice name i'd appreciate the assistance.

 

Father: Defiant Flash

Mother: Dazzling Flash

 

[sorry I'm terrible with color names]

Fur color: kind of pale blue

Mane color: (two tone) pale green and a yellowish green

Cutie mark: two flasks with one pouring into another (currently blank flank)

I've been getting more into writing fanfics, mainly MLP since it has such a deep pool of creativity to pull from.

I'm good with character and story concepts, so if you need help with a fanfic or something feel free to Private message me

But don't be hurt if I have to decline if I'm tapped out for a bit. Otherwise I'm fairly good at it just sometimes I have to let my mind subconsciously think of some ideas.

I don't really speak a complicated English, some words I will propose are mostly translations or stuff I just found out, so I may misunderstand some of them.

I all honesty I have thought of those combinations but am aiming for something a bit more clever.

 

Sorry if I'm sounding mean, I'm not meaning to.

I've been getting more into writing fanfics, mainly MLP since it has such a deep pool of creativity to pull from.

I'm good with character and story concepts, so if you need help with a fanfic or something feel free to Private message me

But don't be hurt if I have to decline if I'm tapped out for a bit. Otherwise I'm fairly good at it just sometimes I have to let my mind subconsciously think of some ideas.

Also, you may want to contemplate the names of Wonderbolts in the show to help you get a feel for what an upcoming WB might be named.

This is wwhere I fail and its a little annoying too. I mean your ocs parents would probably name him sky flash or something if its a family name, but since he's not going to have a talent in flying his talent and name wouldn't be related. Though I admit bright bastion sounds like a knights name, his name actually comes from his parents wanting to raise their kid away from their families polotics, therefore bastion. Bright because he ended up looking like his mother whose a bright yellow pony. So if you want to its fine but don't restrict yourself to just things that have to do with the sky and flying.

Well I'm liking some of these suggestions, thanks a lot everybody.

 

And yes I am aware he is a peculiar pony but that's the type of characters I tend to create. Because I am aware of the complexity of the name I'm searching for since he would be named with being a wonderbolt in mind. While still having part of the name link him to alchemy. So thanks again for the help in this headache lol
