Banul 3,831 April 4, 2015 Share April 4, 2015 Unfortunately i'm going to be traveling when the premier happens, so I won't be watching it live. I'm going to be watching it sometime Saturday night. That being the case, I'm going to settle in bed in my pajamas and luxuriate with snacks and soda while I watch it on my IPad. Maybe take a hot bath beforehand for added effect. Come to think of it, the one year anniversary of me becoming a Brony is in six days. Is that something Bronies typically keep track of? I don't know what TV station would be airing season 5 around here, but the live stream is supposed to be at 8AM PST I think, and that's too early for me. That, and I have a paper to write. If the episode is posted online anytime tomorrow I will be sure to fit in some time to watch it though. I've already done my pre-season ritual of buying all the DVDs and Blu-Rays, re-watching seasons 1-4 on DVD and both EQG films on Blu-Ray, buying more of the graphic novels and reading those so that I can almost catch up, playing the Gameloft game on and off, and watching the newly released EQG shorts a few times while contemplating how much better Rainbow Rocks would have been if at least two of those songs hadn't been cut from it. Also, posting on this forum, because that's always part of being a Brony even when a new season isn't about to air, as well as informing my friend who is out of the loop when it comes to the fandom. rjrgmc28 130 April 4, 2015 Share April 4, 2015 My pre-show preparations for this season in terms of hardware are going to involve a two system setup (one for streams, the other for social media reactions as the episode airs) running Linux Mint. For me being in Australia means the episode goes to air at 2:00am, so I'll have a bit of a nap in the afternoon until dinner time and then I'll be staying up until the airing time. So how will you be celebrating this success and the premiere? Any special plans? Meetups? Parties? Fancy beverages & desserts? Me: I'll actually be working. A whole bunch of rather thick minded people decided it would be a good idea to wait until the last day to all buy easter supplies, at the exact same time. But when I do get home, I will be doing.... something. I don't know what, but it will be special, and involve mildly expensive sodas & ice cream! This season, I'll be able to watch it from my room now that I have a TV box. I'd prefer to watch it online but I just set the DVR as a fail safe in case something happens with my internet connection. I was pleasantly surprised they will be airing both parts on the same day, I was under the impression I would have to wait a week to see the second half. I'll be the first to kick-off the new two-part episodes first on Discovery Family as it comes in at 10:00 A.M. Central, and finally I watch it on YouTube and Dailymotion. I have to say this to Princess Twilight Sparkle: Investigate the village that Starlight Glimmer got ponies given away with their cutie marks and replace it as equalized and that sounds like suspicious to me, this is just a story. Well, good luck! Princess Twilight Sparkle always do legendary stuff with magic in Equestria. Started off at O-dark:30 am, drove 400+ miles in rain,snow,and cold, just to get in to a position where i can overload my already overloaded data charges to live streem the season opener without interuption.
