I have had astmha all my life and frankly speaking if anything it has gotten worse haha. You know how long I've had to wait for an appointment with a doctor about it a year. Have had to wait a year as I can't sleep literally feel like I'm suffocating when I went to tell a doctor they told me to not come unless I was about to die yet due to anxiety nobody listens. Told them I feel like I'm about to die they shrug shoulders and leave yeah thank you too! Give me some new prescription please.

I have been using many different types of inhalers that I use twice a day everyday of course and the one I have I mean it used to be good but now it feels like it simply just allows me to breathe that's it I have trouble breathing and can't get to a doctor about it as there is no private one I have to literally wait for an appointment that might as well take years to get already been one year. That said I do have rescue inhalers too that I use really sparingly that's another thing they are so expensive inhalers are insanely expensive.

Waiting to literally get an asthma attack nothing is more scary then literally not being able to breathe honestly. So needing to use inhaler or you feel like you're literally suffocating I don't know. I'm ranting though having asthma eh ain't that bad honestly as it forces you to exercise haha. That and you get to use super cool inhalers I feel like I'm cool somehow using it.

You have two types of astmha medications one is for asthma on day to day basis and one is emergency, the one for asthma is meant for you to basically not feel the symptoms of it. The emergency one is meant if you do feel it. So astmha is basically a long term airway inflammatory disease when you use your inhaler you are pretty much getting that inflammation to chill you know. If you use an inhaler constantly like me you manage to keep that inflammation steady to avoid really having that difficulty breathing which is why I am so concerned with getting a new prescription for it.

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 11 and from then on for years I kept going through the cycle of seeing doctors and getting meds and managing my symptoms with them but not getting better and seeing a doctor again so my parents could buy me more med$. But for a couple years now the only medicine I've used is food cause I learned it's better to actually be healthy than to fuck myself up more with prescription garbage. Eating right and getting sunlight and exercise and sleep makes all the difference. That's how you cure asthma.

I don't though my lungs probably aren't the best thanks to spending a sizeable portion of my life with people who smoke. My dad in particular. He used to be really bad about it before it started really getting to him financially to the point he couldn't afford to smoke much more than a half pack a day instead of like 2 packs a day or something. My boyfriend also smokes but luckily not nearly that much.
