Ya I remember the veggie tails and I still sing that cheeseburger song and everyone is like where that song from and its a good conversational piece from the past... ..... ... but the one thing I never got is that sloth is a sin.

I'm not a fan of the show but I did see on netflix a movie called The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything and it was pretty good.

I loved it when I was little, and I almost love it more now sometimes. Though, I'm not overly fond of the recent redesign. It wouldn't be so bad, if they hadn't dumded down the show a little more than it used to be, and worse, they changed some of the characters, like Bob. I had never seen him act so petty, or childish.

 

Does that scallion have a name yet?

Ah Veggie tales WAS my childhood

I think when it's sorta weird now on Netflix because the art style and show presentation changed... There was a certain amateur, unpolished charm it had in the 90s lol

Of course I know about VeggieTales! That series was one of my favourites in my childhood (being a Christian myself, it was also good for teaching morals that are directly from the Bible).

Even though I'm an atheist, I watched Veggie Tales as a kid. However, even back then I didn't care about the religious content one bit - I was watching for the talking vegetables, because that was so cool or something to the 4-year-old me.

Oh gosh I still have tons of vhs video tapes of them. My least favorite was Madam Blueberry. My favorite was Larry Boy. I'm a cucumber not a pickle. Waterbuffalo. All the silly songs in the middle of each episode were always fun.
