I finally made a pony for someone who isn't my family or boyfriend!  Whoo!

 

@@Selfie Snapshots and I befriended up and I made his OC for him to take to his con. She shipped out today so hopefully she arrives in time.

Becoming so much more confident in my work, which is a great feeling. Not only did I smash her out in a little over a week but also did some new shapes and techniques that I've done for the first time. Practice makes perfect! 

 

She's spoilered below along with a reference pic that I did not create - I hope that's okay to post alongside my plushie, just so the inspiration is easy to see. Selfie is not supposed to look at the images until he gets her...I'm watching you!  :okiedokielokie:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I really enjoy how she turned out. Her little phone is terrible but it comes off her mouth and snaps back on with a magnet. Shes also my first plushie to not look 100% weird and terrifying from directly on. 

 

Now I am out of a project. Harumph!

I don't mind at all!   I'm still a little slow and novice though. Been thinking about trying to start a commission shop on here, but prices are hard stuff. I appreciate it!

@@Nervous Stitch, I love how this turned out, haha.  Not only is it impressive, I also know you were working under a rather limited time window too. Heck, all the progress pics were just lovely to see as you went about your work.

 

Simply amazing result regardless, and I love seeing you learn, make progress, and grow more confident in your (awesome) plushies.  :grin2: I look forward to seeing what your next project is! ♥

 

And yes, you should totally continue putting thought in a commission shop.

Thank you both! I'm honestly really considering a shop at the moment. Shes holdin' on pretty tight to her phone!

Thank you hun  She was a gift for his con, so Miss Snapshots was a whole $10.55 to get her across a few states. Having trouble not underpaying or overpaying myself, so I haven't really stepped outside of giving gifts quite yet. My heart is proud of me but my wallet is upset!

I really don't want to upset any moderation with selling on their site without using their methods and giving them their cut  I would be more than happy to, but that would come after I get a commission shop set up "legally" with the right people. In time!

I gotta say I am really happy with what she sent me.
Like I gotta say, This is a plushie that is worth over 250$
the quality is amazing
shes soft and very strong.
I look forward to taking 500 selfies with her at Everfree Northwest 2015 this year.

This completes all preparations of my quest.
But really if you want a really good quality and just amazing custom plushie, I would get one from Ms. Stitch

And Ms. Stitch, I must really thank you I don't even know how to express how amazing this Plushie is, I really hope to see you selling your plushies one day at a Con.
