Have you ever looked at your friend and thought "I can make him a brony"

Have you ever looked at your best friend like

"I could make him a brony, right now I could do it. But what if he thinks I'm weird? But I could. He might think I'm a freak of nature though... /)'O'(\ what if a show about friendship destroyed out friendship!? Why am I thinking about this!? WHAT IS LIFE!"

I've thought that so many times... My area isn't really familiar with bronies though and I'm really scared about my best friend finding out, but on the other end of the spectrum I want him to find out D:

I would show your friend the show just to show him what it's all about.

I "accidentally" made my best friend a brony, I did it slowly, I was like hey I watch ponies and he was like cool and I kept on talking to him about the show when he finally gave in and said "Fine I'll try it!". He isn't very good at watching shows so he is still on season 1 but we watched like 15 episodes in one go.

Unfortunately I haven't met any bronies in my area which is kinda sad that why I made my best friend one. I know your feeling dude.

We are on the same boat. I don't really know anybody who likes the show in my area, but all my close friends know that I like the show. I have tried to convince one of my best friends in a sneaky way to watch it, but the response was:

- Only if you watch Fifty Shades of Grey (girls...)

So I will die without brony friends.

I'll have about a month over the summer. I'll try to "accidentally" leave an mlp picture out on my desktop when I'm screen sharing on Skype or at least find the sneakiest way to do it without being too obvious.

I love your style dude, maybe even try sneaking in a quote from something into your skype status like "crush, kill, destroy ,swag" or something cool

sneakiest way to do it

I have talked with a guy recently how he tried. He invited one of his relatives to take care of his younger brother(2 years old) and lied that he needs to go and wouldn't be a problem if he could stay there a while until he arrives. The guy consented but the trap was already set up. He asked that could he watch his brother's favorite cartoon with him, the little guy always watches it in the mornings.

"Accidentally they watched the first season."

You can guess the cartoon.

Awesome idea, too bad my little sister doesn't live with me and my mom. She loves mlp.

Eh...not really. I don't want to seem pushy with the show, so I just enjoy it as I do. The few offline friends that I do have though, they seemed to get into the show passively because of me, which is pretty cool. :3

I can totally understand the feeling, trying to find bronys or trying to introduce the fandom to your friends is pretty hard especially in a military setting where this fandom is looked at negatively.

No, not really. Although I have shown my best friend all of the episodes including the EG movies, I was not trying to make him a brony, but rather letting him know that I was a brony and because he did not mind if we watched it. I have no intentions of turning him into a brony, I would of course be glad if he became one, however, I know he is not interested :P

You know what, I actually made my best friend a brony. I have talked to him about MLP and at first he thought it was stupid but then he watched the First Episode and he liked it. His favourite pony is Twilight Sparkle.

No, not really. They know about me being a brony and if they want they can look it up themselves.

I mean, it's not like i wrap them onto a chair let them watch MLP for hours and brainwash them into obidient bronies...Right? You don't think of me like that right?

Please, don't be afraid to talk to me. I am not as unapproachable, as you might think.

I'm not a 'Brony' so why would I have the desire to turn anyone into one? It's cool if I inadvertently bring one of my friends into the show/series... But if they started calling themselves a 'Brony', I'd quickly go over why they should never do that ever again. lol

I am slowly converting someone to the fandom.  The trick is to have them read Fallout Equestria and say that to better understand it, you have to watch the show (or you could just say characters just die later in the show).

I'm not the type of person who would push their love of something onto someone. It would be great to have a brony friend, but still. If someone wants to know more about MLP, all they have to do is simply ask me.

The term is "Broner."  I wish everyone would stop misspelling it.

My best friends (outside of family) already watch or have watched the show.  I bribed convinced my cousin (who I would consider a friend) to watch a few episodes.  But I don't want him to turn Broner; I was just introducing him to the woman I love.  For the most part, I don't necessarily care who does or doesn't watch the show.  Some self-proclaimed Broners don't even seem to especially like it.
