i just recently got my ps4 and i was kind of happy about it but i run into the same problem that i have with every game i seem to play now. i have a really hard time with them and it makes me get so upset very often to the point where i start to dislike myself and feel useless becaue when i reach out everypony tells me to 'git gud' instead of offering advice and i  that makes me feel 10x worse and feel like i waste my money on any game i get.

some games push me so far over the edge i start to hurt myself because i cant beat the stupid game. so my question is what are some games that somepony as awful as me could possibly enjoy on ps4 that are easy? not everypony is jesus at videogames i just dont want it to feel like a waste. it can be any genre of game.

little big planet

child of light

is pretty easy but still very fun to play

littlebigplanet 3 i forgot about that series i really enjoyed one and two and child of light looks really awesome artistically, thank you for the suggestions

get grand theft auto five

that game is one of the ones on ps3 that pushed me over the edge super hard often. the others online are so douchey but when a friend and i did private lobbies for missions the enemy aim is rediculous and they smash into you head on with 100% aim its sooo frustrating. is the single player better on ps4? thats what id only play it for.

Minecraft... Unless you die in a pit of lava and lose your stuff! :P

its funny you mention that because the ps3 version had that happen to me after i found a bunch of diamonds over a year ago and it autosaved and i havent touched it since. i think i may give it a go on ps4 however since i dont really have anything to play, thank you for the suggestion

It's really hard to recommend games based on difficulty. I personally don't even care if I beat a game and I just play until I get bored. Sometimes that happens when I lose too many times to the same thing. It just doesn't matter to me, nor do I think it should matter to anyone, whether they can beat the game or not.

I haven't any specific recommendations for the PS4 as the only games I have so far are Watch Dogs, Final Fantasy Type-0 and Bloodborne (and I've only played Watch Dogs so far) but I'd recommend, if nothing else, remembering that any game you play doesn't have to be a win/lose situation in spite of how the game is designed. Experimentation, even failed experimentation, leads to understanding the game better and knowing one game helps you to play other games as they all share at least a few design features.

Always remember: Failure is not a bad thing. The point is to just play the game and have some fun. If that means lobbing a grenade at a wall just to knock it back on yourself then so be it. :P

Failure just means you know one more method on how not to fail. Soon you will become the master to all you see. ;)

wow thats a really good way to look at things i never even thought of it like that it reminds me of how i do play games i like to look at the environment and the art and stories but sometimes the game throws something at me that when i try for literal hours and cant get passed i just quit and never play the game again. i guess i should try to keep at it but maybe if i keep losing i shoud just trade the game in for something else. thats some really good advice, thank you

Racing games have always been relaxing to me. I wouldn't take those games so seriously though. Just let loose and have a good time.

I heard that there is a new Rock Band game coming out.

I don't know about you, but Rock Band 3 was the game i always go at to relieve some stress, because it's really a simple highscore game and it's addicting as Tetris.

So when it's out, maybe you should try that one, IF the reviews are positive for it, which i expect. ;)

If that's your prerogative then that's fine but sometimes going back to games you've played before later on can have different results. You'll know what to do since you already played earlier parts of the game so you will get through them easier and in some cases you'll have a better understanding of how the game is played and be stronger when you get back to parts you were stuck at.

I keep all of my games, personally. Years down the line I randomly decide to replay games and sometimes I'm actually stronger, earlier, than when I had originally gotten stuck simply because I knew what I was doing.

I restarted Demon's and Dark Souls at least three times each before I finally got the hang of it and was able to beat them. Dark Souls II was a cakewalk after that and Bloodborne will likely be the same once I get a handle on the aggressiveness of the enemies.
