I personally find the song My Eyes by Nero pretty relaxing

I also find that Massive Attack's Mezzanine album is a pretty good one to kick back and chill out to with a beer.

 

If you are into more guitar type stuff, Chris Jones's Roadhouses and Automobiles is a pretty chill album (although, if you are not a fan of country type music it may not be for you)
