Whilst I highly approve of the colours red and yellow in most circumstances, both colours are extremely bright and obnoxious, and it isn't really pleasing to look at. Also, your picture to the right in the banner is a bit JPEGed and I don't like the font. It's messy. I overall think it does fit your name though.
