You know she did use it, on herself, cause its definitely working....

Remember Lesson Zero? When Twilight casted her Wanted-Needed spell on smarty pants, she claimed it "works every time", wich means she had used it several times in the past.

 

The question is what for?

 

I suppose she used it for selling things, ya know, like cheating at an auction and winning thousands of bits!

 

And also she used it on herself... but I do hope not as strong as in Lesson Zero because that would have been a major problem.

 

Anyways, think.

 

 

IDK what she used it for in the past, but I imagine that after "Lesson Zero," she probably buried it in a deep, dark recess of her mind along with all of the other repressed memories of, well, that little episode of terror and insanity that she had:
