I used to hate musicals for that reason. I used to prefer more realism, which means no spontaneous musicals. When I was a kid, I'd sometimes even fast forward through the songs in Disney movies. But things change. Now I love the songs. Although I'm still not a big fan of actual musicals, like Chicago or Moulin Rouge. And then you have Les Miserables, which is kind of a whole other level. But I really love the musical numbers in FIM. My favorite song by far is I've Got to Find a Way. That song is just in a completely different realm than everything else on the show. Other top songs in no particular order: Art of the Dress The Type of Pony Everypony Should Know Winter Wrap Up Smile Smile Smile A True, True Friend Got the Music in You I don't know why everyone hates it but I love "The Rappin History of the Wonderbolts." After that, "I'll Fly" was a good one and so was "Welcome to the Show." I kinda identified myself by the misery the ponies were going trough also 4- Equestria Girls Stomp: I had a good vacation and I used to play the EG minigame from the Gameloft MLP game alot back then, and I grew fond of it . It provides one touch that makes me get all misty. This moment... I took Sunset tossing her jacket aside as sort of symbolic of her finally discarding her past.
