Because  

 

I'm only allowed to at times that can be considered stressful, because my school doesn't really allow that kinda stuff for some reason, but it's supposed to be stress relieving for me and my heart problems, so I can do this sorta thing for 2 weeks after a break, first 3 weeks of school, and testing days (Like, the state given stuff.) I can also wear pajamas on testing days if I choose, but I usually don't
