What do you think would be the coolest crossover in mlp and why?

I think it would be either "Steven Universe", or "Gravity Falls." Reason being is that both of these are "mystery shows" and seeing the type of monsters that we see in both of these shows would be awesome in mlp. What do you think? I'm gonna pick a "never gonna happen" route and say Persona 4, whether it be with FiM or EQG. Mostly because I just want to see Kanji making dresses with Rarity while driving each other nuts at the same time

I don't think a Steven Universe crossover would work out very well. I imagine that the crossover itself would be pretty damn good, don't get me wrong, but bronies and SU fans don't usually get together very well (at least in my experience), so the two fandoms might just rip each other apart. Plus, SU already did a crossover episode with another series. People might start to think that SU is just a key for crossovers after two episodes like that.

 

To answer your question, I think pretty much any space-themed series, like Star Wars, Mass Effect, or Doctor Who could work. Whatever planet MLP takes place on could just be a planet in either of those universes.

Hmm... The Big Lebowski. That's not much of a crossover though, just some characters, and I don't know how interesting an actual crossover story would be. Supernatural would be cool, but a real story about monster hunting, not the stupid romance fics everyone likes to make. Doctor who too, since there is already an MLP character based off the Doctor.

Wow! I love all of these differing opinions! The idea of a cross over in mlp would be so cool but it may be a bit unlikely. We do have characters based of other characters in other shows so they could, but we may never see a cross over. I love your ideas! Keep em coming!  *whispers* ~Love you guys <3

I came here to say those two things! I think Gravity Falls would work better, but SU would work great too! I feel like Mabel and Pinkie Paul's be instant best friends. And probably Steven too.

Yup! You're right, I don't think Steven Universe would be the best, but it's one of my favorite show that isn't mlp. And Mable and Pinkie Instant best friends? YES! lol.

Huh.. I was thinking Adventure time or maybe Steven universe. I don't know about the consequences but it'll be awesome to see just ONE crossover from any of any show other wise it'll be... What's the word.. Girly girl show about all ponies and stuff.. I may sound like a traitor to the show but I love MLP! I just want.. A little twist with other cartoons combined. Like Steven universe and Uncle Grandpa! It was hiralous!

Warhammer 40k. Turns out Equestria lies within the Eye of Terror, and Abaddon the Despoiler wants to parley with Discord to join the next Black Crusade. Fluttershy intervenes and has a talk with the Warmaster, who finally comes to terms with how evil he was for those 10 thousand years. He swears there will be no more Black Crusades, and he'll make peace with the Imperium.

 

Nah, Games Workshop would never make a deal with Hasbro - both are too greedy.

I think a crossover with the classic Spyro the Dragon universe would be awesome, and quite fitting. They both have this sort of magical and innocent feel to them that I feel would be complementary. Plus...fanart like this...

I would have to go with a crossover with both Gravity Falls and Star Vs the Forces of Evil just to see what happens when Pinkie Pie, Mable Pines, and Star Butterfly meet.  

The world would probably explode or something.

But it would be interesting to watch happen.
