I think since Starlight changed how she stopped rainbow dash, it changed the future, so it still sucks but its a different kind suffering.

Nightmare Moon just found out about the time travel, this just keeps getting more and more awesome this is the best two parter since the Return of Harmony.

I just realized why Discord isn´t in this episode: He came free because the Elements of Harmony shifted from Celestia to the Mane Six, which didn´t happen here.

 

Also, this episodes are the darkest episodes ever, and I love it.

So far I'm enjoying this, but this episode raises so many questions.

 

It's not really this episode's fault, it's just time travel episodes are really hard to write without something being convoluted.

Each bad future features the return of a Season's Big Bad. Future 1 had Season 3's King Sombra; Future 2 had Season 2's Queen of Changlings; Future 3 had Season 1's Nightmare Moon.

I predict that the next alternated Equestria (if there is going to be any) are going to be a discorded one (discord winned back in the first season finale) and Tirek is back and in full control of the land.

But if it keeps up with this formula it may end up on a repetition.

I predicted that (According to the teaser) we'll have Starlight winning the whole thing in a section of the episode.
