Wow, that song is very atmospheric.   Also, nice Melody and nice effect, that whenever the beat comes, that the melody goes silent for a bit. 

I could imagine having that music as a level music for a space shooter or for a place in an Rpg, like in Undertale.

I agree with Rex Ruthless, it feels very atmospheric and up beat. I love those kinds of melodic techno / electro. And to add something, it feels futuristic somehow. I like it.

I like the beginning, it's nice and ambient. However, when part B comes in, the kick sounds way too dry to be used as a good transition. I'd use a reverb cymbal, personally. The kick is nice, but it's overpowering, volume automation would do nicely then. Your synths are clashing a lot, try using EQ highpass and lowpass to adjust your layering. The idea is really good, and it sounds very cool so far! Also, be careful with your levels, a lot of sound is fighting each other because of how loud they are. Dynamics are important!
