I'm going to just casually dump all of the lame art I make here, although I warn y'all that it is rather lame, and it's mainly of my oc King's Keep, since hey. He's my baby. Of course I'll draw him a lot. Ah ha,.. a lot of these are a bit too big in size. Should had resized. The mare in a couple of these is owned by my friend over on PS, Dusty Web. Ramblerambleramble. I've been reminding myself to try out more styles, specifically realism and traditional art. I find both to be really fun, but it just takes motivation to finally get into the swing of things. I don't feel the need to improve even though I don't view my art as good or something. Sounds like a bad thing... but eh. It's mainly fun. Just try doing a bunch of quick sketches with pen or something in various styles. That helps a lot, just tons of quick sketches. Try 5 in 5 minutes and just speed doodle. At least, it helps for me. You should, the one you did in that style looks really nicely done. And no need to be so humble! Your art is legitimately very good! I just need to get the proper brushes again. I lost my old ones whenever all of my SAI brushes were wiped... it was a horrid thing to occur to lose so many. Blegh. I might try with some other, less smooth brushes I've got. Ah, and compliments kill me I'm pretty sure. Any improvement I've ever made was merely because I liked doing something and did it a lot, and I've been drawing for almost two years, so... yay me for being lame with this stuff. Oh, and tbh I'm going to work on trying to earn at least a little money from it since there's a lot of stuff I want to buy friends and what not, and setting the standard of 'hey, this is how my art is, expect something of around this quality and expect me to try to have fun with it'-- at least in my opinion-- is a better business practice than being willing to stress yourself out trying to make everything perfect. Plus with improvement and all, you just got to focus on the fun aspect instead of the fact that you're trying to improve. Ramblerambleramble.
