So I just finished Air. I went in knowing next to nothing aside from the fact that it has a cutesy artstyle.

 

I WAS NOT EXPECTING MINDFUCK.

 

Even all the way up to the end they could not resist one last bout of mindfuckery. Definitely really enjoyed the series.

 

Next up is either Kanon or Needless.

Watch an episode a day while you're eating or something. It'll keep you from falling too far behind at the very least. That's what I do so I still get some anime in regardless of anything else.

It's interesting that it took me this long to find this thread. I have watched a stupid amount of anime in less than one year: nearly 41 days worth of anime, from 230 titles (of course that includes second seasons and some OVAs).

Been watching Kanon. Only four or five episodes left. I have only one thing to say about this anime:

 

FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS. : (

 

EDIT: Just finished Kanon. Legitimately one of the very best anime I've ever seen. 10/10 all the way. Every plot was gripping, every character was completely lovable and the ending was very satisfying. I'd recommend this anime to anyone.

The Devil is a Part-Timer! is probably the funniest anime I have seen to date. More people need to see it! I mean, how is Satan himself working at a rip-off of McDonald's not funny?

 

For some reason I always confuse this one with Paradise Kiss so I tend to look over it. There is no actual reason for this, it just happens. I've had it recommended to me a lot though so I might check it out.

Has anyone watched both Aquarion and Aquarion EVOL? I still need to finish Aquarion but I'm hoping EVOL is better. Aquarion is a bit...repetitive and awkward.

Recently, animes are quite....bad. But hey, then again, Hollywood is so much more dry! Somehow though I kinda appreciate some of the latest animes. Idk mixed feelings.

I've only seen one full series of anime, which was Fate: Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works and my god was it amazing, the visuals and everything O.O

I recently finished Angel Beats! and couldn't keep myself together at the end from the feels overload.

 

The next show I started is Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya (a magical girl anime) and so far, it's good! The pacing starts out slow, but picks up after the second episode.

Finally catching back up with Log Horizon, which is basically .hack meets Spice of Wolf in that it focuses more on the social and economical aspects of being trapped in an MMO instead of the fighting, though there is just enough of that like several episodes worth of a massive dungeon raid.

 

Speaking of Spice and Wolf, I'm watching that too, but I find it odd that the main character spends most of the episode dealing with the eponymous wolf, a harvest spirit named Holo who takes the form of a woman with wolf ears and a tail, and doesn't seem to bat and eye at the fact that she completely naked right for most of it. He doesn't even appear flustered when he finds her sleeping in his cart.
