The weather sucks. Last week we had a nice actual fall day and even had our first freeze, but it's been miserable summer heat over the past couple of days and that will continue today. >:(

Nice weather for late October. Blue sky and sunshine. The only bad factor is the humans and their fires (it smells smoke everywhere)

A cool front came today finally putting an end to the heat and ushering in some nicer weather and some much needed rain. Once the rain cleared it was beautiful overcast late afternoon and evening in the mid 50s.

Getting some rain at last is helping my mood. We've had a dry spell for several weeks and hearing the sound of rain again is refreshing.

I slept most of the dark day, but when I went out for my hour walk, it was raining and quite warm. But pitch black.
