Which pony do you relate to the most?

That's a hard question. I guess I relate to Rainbow Dash because i have always had the whole "I'm super cool, you guys just don't realize it." personality, but I also relate to Applejack and Twilight in other aspects of my personality.

I relate the most to Twilight as well because her and I share so many of the awkward nerdy quirks. And there was a time when I was about as antisocial as Moondancer and young Twilight... seriously. Though I'm much better than that now.

I would have to say Pinkie is the pony I relate to the most. There are times I can be silly, hyper and random about things. I also get really excited when something great is going on. There are times I talk out my thoughts out loud like Pinkie did in "Party Pooped." I also like trying to make my friends smile. I would also say I relate to Twilight as well. I like reading and learning and practicing new things when it comes to video games.

Out of the main 6 probably a mix between Rainbow Dash and Applejack. I live on a small ranch and work cattle and horses, so obviously Applejack. But, aside from that I'm not really what you would call 'country' and I don' t have a large family that I interact with. I'm also super competitive in everything I do so...yeah Rainbow Dash.

 

I also relate to Big Mac quite a bit. He's a super hard worker and isn't really that social. But, Big Mac shows a different side of himself in Borhterhooves social. I can relate because I kind of have two different personas as well. The one I reserve for my 'country-type' friends, and then my more unfiltered and true self for other people.

But none of the characters ever inspire me

Before i mostly acted like Pinkie Pie, but then i became more sane.

And it rarely happens to me that i think that i just acted like one of the Mane6. Almost never. Huh. ;w;

I find it all depends on who I'm with. If I'm at school I'm very much like Fluttershy...shy, timid, etc. I don't want attention on me at all! But when I'm with my sister I'm definitely like Pinkie Pie. 

 

I think relating to Pinkie Pie makes me like her much more (in my weird roleplay brain), it's kind of like roleplaying for me. She's also my favourite of the main ponies.

 

Now I can't say the show directly influenced this but in some ways it did as I feel more outgoing and happy when I'm thinking like Pinkie, something I didn't know about until I actually watched the show. For example, at the camp I work at I got to plan a My Little Pony theme day and got to be Pinkie Pie, I hadn't met these kids until that day as they were on offsite while I'm on main site so it was a new experience but I had so much fun being in character for it.
