i just love that its one boss after another, you have to learn their different fighting patterns, and adjust your own.

The original, TTYD, and SPM are timeless, IMO.

Picking my favorite is easy in this regard. It would have to be a game that solidified the SNES as my favorite gaming console of all time, a game that got me into JRPGs, and to this day still holds true as my most replayed game ever. Chrono Trigger. In my opinion, it's a masterpiece and a game that has withstood the test of time as it's still fun and enjoyable to old and new players to this day. It was a crowning achievement when it arrived, and I still do not believe a single game has come out that has rivaled its fun factor, story telling, atmosphere and soundtrack.

 

Many have come close, but to this day I have yet to find a game that I love more than it. It's also a game I'm playing right now doing an entire let's play from start to finish of!

Skyrim is definitely high on my list, because I keep going back to it every time. It's also the game I've played more than any other game, well over 2000 hours at this point.

 

I'd still call Ocarina of Time the best game ever, though, and I also keep going back to Total Annihilation no matter how old it gets, so I feel they deserve mention as well.
