gaming Stormcloak or Imperial? (Skyrim)

I often go impartial really, but when I do choose, I go with Stormcloaks, not a fan of authority in general

In case that I support Thalmor I should be supporting Stormcloaks, but in game I was supporting Imperials because nords are disgusting, stupid people who only respects brute force.

The real enemy in TES V is the Thalmor. They wanted the Stormcloaks to win as they thought it would eventually bring down the empire, which was their end goal. The way I see it, Skyrim needs to be loyal to the empire in order to defeat the Thalmor, and to do that, Ulfric Stormcloak's needed to answer for his treason.

Ulfric suckers are gonna have a fun time when the Aldmeri Dominion ends up forcefully taking control of Skyrim and then subsequently the rest of Tamriel. Fuck that eleven nonsense. Skyrim belongs to the Nords, perhaps, but Skyrim needs the Empire just as much as the Empire needs Skyrim if they want there to be any free Nords left. 

 

Death to traitorous scum- decapitating that racist schmuck is something I take joy in, every single god-damned time.

 

...Oblivion is better anyway.

 

EDIT: All that being said, however, I always delay the conflict through the treaty negotiation until after the main quest. I think ending the dragon threat is a bit more of a pressing issue than fighting over who sits upon the (iron) throne.
