It was in season 5 Party Pooped and the joke of Fluttershy asking how they are going to get back up was one of the best lines of the episode. That and Twilight's fear of Quesadillas.

Her being a bookworm I can understand why she takes issue with cheesiness. I partially understood it as a joke based on that pun.
