I have gone though the first 2 seasons so far and 5 episode have scored over 100 pts

1st place a canterlot wedding 168 pts

2nd place friendship is magic 146

3rd place party of one 110

4th place return of harmony 108

5th place best night  ever 105

on the other end 2 episode had negative scores

dragon quest and the show stoppers

I will not say which on had the lower score .

Return of Harmony shoulda been #1 though (just based on the general reception I have witnessed)

I just added the totals for the 3rd season

and only 1 episode had over 100 pts

Magical mystery cure 111 pts which would put it In 3 rd place

but it also has is tied for the most I hate it votes with putting your hoof down

 

and  on the other end

I'm always made a little sad by the general negativity towards "Dragon Quest." I like that episode a lot, and I sometimes feel like nobody else does. 

And "Magical Mystery Cure" in third place? That just seems wrong to me, but to each their own, I guess.

I would try and stick to percentages at the very least. I did this for lol's in 2015 so I'm curious to see how it was adjusted since that was before Season 5 aired.

I tried to do this a few weeks ago to calculate the most popular season but halfway through season 2 I gave up.

Showstopper is one of the very first cringe episode of the show, but it not as bad as Hard to Say Anything.

Somepony still stay in its rightful place, the bottom but why Rainbow Falls is so high? Because of Derpy return?
