Windows 10 installation not working

I checked, it has all the minimum requirements for Windows 10 (maybe not the graphics card, IDK). A hard drive was completely copied over to another hard drive, and it was put in the computer. My other computer was "sick" for a bit, but I reset it and now it's fine. It says it can't find the file, or it was corrupted. 0x00000e I think is the error code.

Boot to a Windows 10 installation disk or USB and select "Repair your PC". What are the specifications of the computer?

All kidding aside and assuming this isn't an attempt at humor, is there anything about your Windows 10 installation that is related exclusively to this site's function? 

If not have you contacted the manufacturer (if not a build) or Microsoft? 

Not that there aren't qualified staff around that could help you, but they typically assist with Poniverse specific assistance.
