Do you have the same habits as some characters?

It can be any character from any anime, cartoon, movie or just a tv show, explain if you had it before you actually saw the character and how you got it.

I just thought of creating this topic randomly since I do have one that really stands out. I crack my neck REALLY often (once or twice a minute), just like Rokuro Bundo from Deadman Wonderland, which made me love the character so much, not counting other similarities that we have:D I got mine about 5-6 months ago, I woke up with a stiff neck one day, and moving it around kind of made me feel better sometimes, while also making a pretty satisfying sound, which then turned into a habit.

I share similar personalities to 2 particular anime characters,

Neji Hyuga [Naruto]: Stern, disciplined, and intelligent.

Goku [Dragonball]: Careless, Naive and originally a Pure-Hearted individual aka innocent. Nowadays, not the case for me being Pure-Hearted, since I'm expanding my horizon to understand the dark side of the force and learning how NOT to give in to temptation.

Spoiler

True story, had trouble sleeping and felt depressed when Neji Hyuga died in the Shipuuden arc.

Note to self and to those who might be interested: NEVER DEVELOP FEELINGS FOR FICTIONAL CHARACTERS.

Ah, I guess the type of characters that you resemble could work aswell:D

Spoiler

Yeah neji's death was pretty sad tbh

Nope, but I have been told I was like Apple Jack on the Pony Personality test, I don't see it personally but that's what it said. And I honestly don't see myself in any other characters of the show, I see myself as myself, a unique character. When I watch the show I do notice how some people act certain ways the characters act but overall they accompany many aspects of many different characters and not just one, it's like each character accompanies a single personality very well.

Yeah I feel you, you have multiple aspects of different characters, making you a different one, that's understandable.

Why are there few reply's on this?

I pretty much share a lot of habits with MLP characters. Especially with Twilight Sparkle (she is a favorite of mine). With anime, I am like a mix of Maka from Soul Eater and Kagome from Inu-Yasha.

In a lot of ways I AM Rapunzel. She has lots of quirks, concerns, desires and aspirations that match me exactly. It's like they based the character on me when they wrote her, so I consider her a true kindred spirit. I also have more than a few traits in common with Belle; always brushing a stubborn part of my hair out of my eyes as well as...well, everything else. (Someone at Disney must be spying on me!!) And Rarity has a lot of my tendencies when it comes to creativity (Art of the Dress says it all). Ariel is extremely similar to my younger self.

All these personality aspects have been with me as long as I can remember. For that matter, some of these characters have been to, so there may be a subliminal influence going on, but I really just think I'm like these characters by nature. Heh, makes me feel like I've got something going for me after all! :D

I'm similar to fluttershy in almost every way, she's the reason I started watching the show in the first place.

That's sweet!:D

I have some of the same habits that Rainbow Dash and Applejack have, firstly you know how Applejack always wears a hat? I do too, because for one, I feel naked without one, and two, I just like hats, I have several hats (mostly NASCAR ones) and I just look better in a hat tbh lol. As for Rainbow Dash, you know how she relaxes on her back with her feet (or hooves I should say) crossed? And how she kinda taps or wiggles one of her hooves at the same time? I do the exact same thing, when I'm sitting or laying down somewhere relaxed. I guess it's kinda a subconsious thing lol.

That's interesting. Did you have those habits before you started watching the show?

My personally is actually a perfect combination of the main 6 from MLP with a core element that's made my whole mindset into the layout of a computer file system network. I like myself that way as it's made it much easier to learn off my own behaviour and understand human functionality in computer terms. :)

I'm definitely like that too. A computer is always #1 in my priority list, and I love learning more about them. Though I do tend to see some similarities between computers and HUMANS, I think it's better to similarize (if that's a word) computers with life in general. Humans are way too unexpected and incomplete beings, you never know what they can and will do, while a computer is just a machine doing the instructions it's given perfectly. There are some humans like that, but they are in no way as good.

But still we've already got some supercomputers in the world that are creating their own complex instruction sets independently. Soon these supercomputers will develop human awareness and become more intelligent than us. There is a supercomputer that's already doing this by running every single maths equation from smallest to largest and currently it's in the multi trillions with the equation numbers but it's still only as intelligent as a fly right now but it's getting smarter every day. My mental mindset has developed in a way where I can see everything that operates me with behaviour configuration files and different processing engines for things like identification of things, artwork, design and a lot more. It's also allowed me to change a behaviour in my system within seconds if I'm motivated to by me making a mistake or something else happening. I'm still self developing just like the supercomputer I mentioned because of how I'm able to observe my own behaviour in detail and use that information to create new behaviours and make myself more intelligent and complex with my behaviour algorithms. :)

I am not sure about the creation surpassing it's creator. Seems risky. A human should never surpass a god, in the same way as computers. That mechanical thinking you're talking about seems a bit mad to me, mad in a way that it's kind of boring. I would definitely lose my mind, lmao. I like humans, but also hate them. I love the fact that I hate them would be the  right way to say it. I am a human too, and making myself lose that would degrade me, even if it was, as you call it, mechanical thinking. I think that it kind of gets rid of the human aspect entirely, atleast that's how you explain it. Dunno, just my opinion.

The thing where you both love and hate humans is something I call a mental behaviour loop. It's mainly two things that are looping with each other infinitely but some loops are just one single thing that's looping with itself. Like in our mental workings there's both loops and strings. You could say my workings are still 50% human because of the base logic I primarily function off for normal operations plus it's a lot more efficient on brain resources but when I discover a new behaviour working I literally go above myself and save it to my normal operations memory. So in the end I'm still half mechanical and computerised. :)

I would sometimes make extremely weird things real and watch people be confused just like discord does all the time... if i had his powers which is impossible, so that´s a maybe?

Wait what? Does that make you as good at things as computers? Does that make you ultra intelligent?

Fluttershy: I am very shy and an animal lover. I can try to be too much of a people pleaser and am soft-spoken

Makoto Kino (Sailor Moon): She is a tomboy but also tries to be feminine. I used to be obsessed over my ex-boyfriend

Sango: I get shy very easily and I to felt I was always kind of doomed to be alone but also kind and love my family especially my brother

Rukia: Our drawing abilities are the same (lol). Like her, I keep my emotions to myself and am introverted. I'm also like Rukia that when I have a friend I'm very loyal

Hermione: We're both intelligent, love books, but tend to be a bit naive at times.

Kagome: I felt exactly like her in one episode where Inuyasha decided he was going to be with Kikyo. I was in love with a guy who wouldn't love me back but loved my best friend. So, I understood her perfectly and also how she got annoyed at Inuyasha

Well it's made me extremely efficient at doing work at school and when I start a task I keep on going quickly and efficiently until it's complete. And yes it has made me extremely intelligent as it's allowed me to see and learn off my own behaviour so I actually have a really good knowledge base of standard human behaviour and it's allowed me to find exploits with people's memory and identify exactly what a person is doing and maybe even what they're thinking! :)
