1. I'm not sure.  I'll need to make another trip to Mount Aris in order to conduct more research. 
2. Spike was busy having a "Gathering of Magic" card game with Big Mac, Discord & Sugar Belle

1. I hope so. I was hoping to be something cool like a sting ray. 
2. I'm sorry to say, I don't know. I was unable to visit with Queen Novo or Princess Skystar during my visit to Mount Aris.
