What kind of flowering tree would each of the Mane Six be?

Occasionally, I liked to compare some members of the Mane Six to flower trees or dryads because of their beautiful manes. For example, Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy would be imagined as a walking cherry tree, Rarity (or Twilight) as a jacaranda tree, and Applejack would obviously be an apple tree.

What kinds of flowering trees would you imagine each member to he?

• Fluttershy would be a Willow
• Pinkie Pie would be a Cherry Blossom
• Rainbow Dash would be a Pine Tree

Rarity would be an Arabian White Jasmine bonsai. If you can figure out the symbolism in why I chose a tree-formed Jasminium Sambac I tip my hat to your arboricultural and ethnobotanical knowledge.

From what I have known, the jasmine flower is considered to be a beautiful flower in Asian countries like China, where it is the focus of a folk song "Mo Li Hua".

It is also the national flower of the Philippines and Indonesia (one of three flowers), where it represents prestige or beauty.

Apple Jack - apple tree

Fluttershy - flowering dogwood

Twilight - maple tree

That's as much as I can think of, I don't really know any trees that would fit Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash.
