Tonight it was strip steaks, veggies, a separate salad and rice. Healthier than usual.

A pan-fried chicken breast with Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce for dinner, followed by a caramel cold brew ice cream sundae with Hershey's chocolate syrup for dessert.

Mine – Spanish omelette, which is with diced and fried potato & onion, I usually add red pepper as well. Eaten with sourdough bread & tea....

This is what I do, precisely to avoid relying on 3rd party image hosting, which might suddenly disappear.
