Fried rice, black beans, fiesta corn, diced green chillies, mixed vegetables, sauteed in white cheddar horseradish mix and both street corn and tropical garlic hot sauces.

Tonight it was strip steaks, veggies, a separate salad and rice. Healthier than usual.

A pan-fried chicken breast with Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce for dinner, followed by a caramel cold brew ice cream sundae with Hershey's chocolate syrup for dessert.

Mine – Spanish omelette, which is with diced and fried potato & onion, I usually add red pepper as well. Eaten with sourdough bread & tea....
