I had one of those chicken rice meals you make on the stove and I mixed shredded cheese into it. It was freaking tasty.

I ate the Sint-Niklaas and Mechelen chocolates from the Bouchard "Belgian chocolate collection". It's a box of chocolates with 18 chocolates inspired by different Belgian cities.

 

But why? What makes Sint-Niklaas get pistachio and Mechelen get pineapple? Seems pretty random to me
