All Right Mare's and Gentlecolts we have a couple free spots open, and we are looking for new rp'ers okay? Now we are pretty low key and try to have alot of fun with it. you MUST MUST MUSt have good grammar and spelling (even though I am not really paying attention to grammar now but pshaw) and understand the rp rules. We are probably pg-13 btw, minor language allowed but keep it classy. The premise is that in the early days of celestias reign there was war and rebels and secret theives guilds etc and it is kinda a slice of life sandbox with action and drama and super fun mega coolness so please submit an OC and 'credentials', schedule of posting times and what you would like your oc to do!

This is my first rp that i have started, my idea is of an earlier Renaissance Equestria back in the early days of Celestia and Luna's reign. Original characters should have fitting careers and talents to the time period.I believe the rp will be a slice of live and adventure. I also have three ponys as an example for the fitting characters, you may use a pony you have used but please adjust to fit the situation. some ideas would be
  • Blacksmith
  • Seamstress/tailor
  • knight
  • mayor/govenor
  • lord/lady
  • shop owners
  • etc.
  • and at some point we're gonna need Celestia and Luna (but not yet! so calm your horses, I wont be picking one until later.
i have dibs on a tavern owner by the way, the tavern/inn will be a background for some of the rp, atleast the beginning. please post your ideas for characters and maintain rp etiquette. i am okay with mature themes and language but keep it on a minimum please, any questions let me know!

We gotta to work on a plot, RPs are way better when players work towards an objective and as DM its your job to put roadblocks and make it exciting for them.

Harmony is totally established so Diamond Dogs, Dragons, Changelings all run free. Have them make a peace conference and make it so that one of the fractions wants the fighting to continue. That fraction will be our main obstacle for most the RP. Sound good? It's off the top of my head. Edited by TagTeamCast

also if you have a character in mind please let me know!

 

the changlings were difficult to defeat so maybe they would be a good enemy?

so we are going to need knights,lords,ladies,ambassadors/peace embassys,as well as a whole cast of other characters like changlings,dragons,dogs, then blacksmiths and shopkeeps. but first i think we need more people or we are going to have to figure the absolutely necessary roles.

I meant it isn't totally established and it could any of those fractions. Your choice, The changlings love war but there's no way for them to feed during one.

 

The Dogs want diamonds! But they never would know where to find them in a war.

 

The dragons are obviously the biggest in size but they hate to fight period.

 

There are reasons for them to fight and not to, you have to choice which one of them wants to keep going.

I try to give a reason why he is, also he Derps out way too much and is too random and happy to be much of a threat. Check my other RPs if you need examples. The only thing that he does that may be considered overpowered was something I did in my MatchMaker pony RP. And I'll only do that when I'm the DM.

If this is still looking for participants, I can easily make a character right quick for the RP. It wouldn't be one of the suggested classes in the first post but rather a vagabond. That would be okay, yes?
