Basically everything after G3.

 

Though even then, the G1-G2 '251' were the best. The pokemon developers/creators/concept artists got a bit less creative in G3, but they were still cool. I was upset with G4, and I've looked at the G5 pokedex online; bleh.

It depends for me. Visually I agree with above posters on garbodor. Competitively I'd say I hate gyarados and scrafty, mostly because of moxie. I mean I love gyarados's design and all, but giving it moxie was unfair. So I guess I hate the ability more than the pokemon... if that makes sense.

If there's one Pokemon I hate, it's gotta be Spinda. I find them horribly ugly and unappealing. And they're not even usefult. It's really weak and it doesn't evolve. The fact that they all have a unique pattern is somewhat cool, but it would've been much cooler if the Pokemon actually looked decent. It doesn't. It's basically a gimmick pokemon that's ugly and useless. It annoys me to no end.

There's so many I dislike I honestly can't point them all out. (I judge solely on design. Because well, I like to use ones that are pretty to me. Am I superficial? Yes.)

 

Though the ever-unpopular Garbador is one of my pet peeves, as well as inanimate object Pokémon like Vanillite and its evolutions. Dragon-types kind of get on my nerves too for being vastly overpowered (only two weaknesses? Really?) and overused.
