Hm... Pretty much everything I've played on the PS4 has been multiplatform, thus I'm not sure I have a sufficient answer. Persona 5 is the closest game that comes to mind, but even that game was also released on the PS3.

Nioh, the samurai-themed Souls-like from Team Ninja (the guys who worked on the recent Ninja Gaiden games) is definitely my favorite (and most played) PS4 game to date.

Just recently finished it but I'm definitely gonna go with Spiderman, one of the best Superhero games I've ever played. Persona 5, Nier Automata, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War and the Yakuza series are really fucking close though

Most of my favorite games as of late I've played on my PS4, there's a lot of good games. But Persona 5, any of the Danganronpa games, Nier: Automata, and Kingdom Hearts are at the top of my favorites.

I don't have any PS4 exclusive games, so I'll just say my favorite Playstation exclusive series. It would have to be either: Twisted Metal, Motorstorm or Destruction Derby.
