To be fair, again, the inside of the tavern is the 'starting line' of the roleplay. There's no consequence to posting more, or less, because when the story kicks off, everyone will still just be there. Some people could not even post at all, until the story starts, or, be a social butterfly.

I got illiad and kronos mixed up

I had assumed as much, but it's too late now! @Kronos the Revenant will either have to join us at our table, or he'll get other food.

Don't worry too hard, even I still get my characters mixed up on occasion.

Sounds like you've got quite the premise in mind, are you indicating that the player is the one who just walked in? Or would they already be in there?
