Sleepy, I wanted to do the things I planned for today but I can't do it I want to sleep. Today I decided to run again I ran more than two miles in 25 minutes. This time it was much easier to run than last time.
Because I can't do the things I planned I feel uncomfortable, I want to do them but I fall asleep typing this message.

I need to restore my sleep pattern, when I was in the village for all three months of summer I went to bed at 9 pm. But now I go to bed late, I need to do something about it.

Okay, so my period decided to start right before I had to leave for school which is annoying. This is literally the second one this month! 😒 I didn't feel any pain at first. Then, in third hour, I started feeling very weak and sick as if I was going to vomit. I also felt really hot and it was hard to breathe. I didn't go to the nurse until fifth hour when it was too unbearable to focus. I didn't even get to finish the assignment for science yet, so I'm working on it as I write this. I'm glad my teachers are kind and understanding and let me go to the nurse. The nurse gave me a heating pad for the pain. It didn't help at first, so I was basically falling asleep during the remainder of fifth hour. Sixth hour was lunch. I felt like I wasn't even conscious at that time. I usually finish my lunch, but I couldn't. I wish I wasn't in such pain because I didn't go to recess. (I feel bad for my friend, we usually talk at recess. She usually talks about Power Rangers. (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠) ) I asked a supervisor to go to the nurse. I was able to sleep for 40 minutes in the nurse's office! 🎇🎉🎊✧⁠◝⁠(⁠⁰⁠▿⁠⁰⁠)⁠◜⁠✧🎊🎉🎇 This is good because I felt so much better afterwards. I proceeded to go to the last classes of the day with way less pain. Unfortunately, this is just day one of it. A few more days of this...༎ຶ⁠‿⁠༎ຶ

Having an irregular menstrual cycle should not be alarming in an of itself. However, if it presents problems like making you feel like passing out, it might be anemic symptoms showing up, and if things get worse, a visit to the gynecologist would be advised. Whether you're given supplements, painkillers, or simply need to rest whenever the date arrives, we want to minimise the inconvenience as much as possible.

Whatever the case, don't ever feel bad for going through this. It'll be okay, Stellar.
