I’m feeling nostalgic as I was dreaming about VGA text mode 720x400 70 Hz. A very special mode where, if you have a CRT monitor, see the actual scan lines. The PC’s heart beat is that blinking cursor that never stops even if the PC hangs  (which do happen quite a lot)
