Since it's Spooktober and I've yet to expand on this guy beyond a single sketch, how about the General?

Vernabt Invictus, pretty standard looking batpony, grey coat, matching blue mane and wings, old eyes, ect. The one glaring exception is that he's missing the majority of the flesh on his snout due to an incident involving dragon fire. It's an old injury at this point and healed up if you ignore the fact it requires daily care, but there's quite a bit of bone exposed. Here I just made the head with an officer's cap and the collar for his uniform. The outfit isn't necessary, but if you'd like a crack at it, use a German uniform from the first world war as your starting point, and if you choose to include color, use a dark blue instead of red on clothing.

If you are unable to do this or have any questions, feel free to ask. Sorry for the poor quality, this is the only image I have of him and it's a rather small one from about 4 years ago. Best of luck!

love him, but do you think you can make like a quick color palette for me in mspaint or something? hate to ask but when you say 'blue' it could mean a lot of things, i like very murky colors

The tail is kinda like a bitten leaf and it preserved the neck fin of it's previous form. The carapace is the bitten leaf one. Color references in the link above. Haven't add them any clothing yet but if they had they would use a scarf of some kind. 

I don't know what other info you would need for it. I can tell you about their personality a bit. Name's Ittoni and their ponysona is Smoke Mirror, so whichever you want to choose if you do so is fine. Personalitywise they are a bit extraverted introverted kinda thing, normally very insecure and serious in new situations but just wind them a bit  and give them space and they will feel comfortable enough to be active and joke around or do crazy stuff. 

I still don't have much written down.

On his face is a half gas-mask, but if you feel that would over complicate things you can leave that out. The colors are blue and black for the mane.

Here's the uniform and colors. Echo on the left can be used for body, mane, eyes, wings, ect, and then the stallion on the right is the model type that I think would be fitting. I haven't played with the mane and tail design and you can put him in whatever pose you feel is best so some room for creativity. I also realized I hadn't really put much thought into his Cutie Mark, so I included a picture of a dragon Skull, so maybe a simplified version of that could work.

Actually just remembered I did make him on Pony Town. Here I chose to give a darker king of charcoal grey mane and tail, and wings, and grey blue eyes. Tried using the mustache and beard feature to make the exposed bone. This uniform is more based off of a Prussian Officers and is more formal, but your welcome to take a shot at it if you like. I have a much clearer example of that but I don't want to overcomplicate things for ya 

On this version I gave him two gold medals with a blue and red ribbon as the cutie mark but that was more of a filler just so he'd have something.

If you’re up for it, I kind of have a blank flank outline that you can spin your style on.

White Belt is an Earth Pony martial artist. His cutie-mark is a Tao (yin yang.) Or a spear crossed against a rolled up scroll. Whichever you think works better.

From his name his color would lean to white but I’m not locked into that or any combination with white you want.
