My favorite is Sonic Rainboom and Testing 1, 2, 3

I think the best made episode of the show is The Last Problem, but my personal favorite is actually Putting Your Hoof Down. That and Party Of One are the episodes that got me into the show.

I have to say that my most favourite has to be The Perfect Pear. It was done so beautifully  Big Mac and Pear Butter will forever stay in my heart
